Blasting is an extraordinarily effective method for the removal of rust. During blasting, a stream of abrasive material is forcibly propelled onto a surface under high pressure. The abrasive material removes rust from deep within the pores. Depending on the construction and material composition of the object, the amount of pressure and abrasive material is chosen. We blast with a variety of blasting media, such as: olivine sand, glass beads, coal slag, corund, stainless steel and steel.
